1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
Bullet.quest is owned and operated by IEPL Academic Systems. To access paid or restricted services (such as mock tests, 1-on-1 mentor doubts, and campus desk reservations), you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian. By accessing the platform, you represent that all information submitted during registration is accurate and truthful.
2. Single-Aspirant Account License & Sharing Ban
Your user account is granted as an individual, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for your personal academic preparation.
- Strict Sharing Prohibition: Account credentials must not be shared, pooled, sublicensed, or distributed among multiple students.
- Concurrent Session Blocking: The platform employs automated telemetry to detect parallel logins from disparate geographical IP addresses. Multiple concurrent sessions may lead to immediate automated account lockdown.
- 15-Minute Session Inactivity Timeout: For account security, especially on public or hybrid campus terminals, sessions automatically expire after 15 minutes (900 seconds) of inactivity. Users must re-authenticate to continue.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Restrictions
All content, curricula, software code, graphic interfaces, database schemas, and proprietary materials on Bullet.quest—including the Bullet Node ontology, SuperMemo-2 flashcard algorithms, TCS iON simulation test engine, and pedagogical summary cards—are the exclusive intellectual property of IEPL Academic Systems.
You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Scrape, extract, copy, re-upload, or reverse-engineer questions, explanations, or notes via automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers.
- Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit live or recorded mentor sessions or study dossiers.
- Modify, decompile, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Bullet.quest portal or its APIs.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Taxes
Course enrollments, test series packages, and physical hybrid campus desk reservations are subject to upfront payment via authorized RBI-regulated payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards).
- All course prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) as specified on checkout.
- Access to enrolled course modules is provided immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Refunds are strictly governed by our published Refund Rules.
5. Community Standards & Mentor Interaction
Aspirants utilizing our 1-on-1 Faculty Doubt module, blog discussion threads, or Telegram community must maintain civil and respectful decorum. Harassment of faculty members, posting of abusive content, solicitation, or political agitation will result in immediate permanent banning and forfeiture of remaining subscription fees.
6. Suspension & Account Termination
IEPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted platform security breaches, or indulged in unauthorized redistribution of platform content.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
